If I HAD to find a negative, the school day for the 2 year olds is 9:00-11:15, which is age appropriate, but goes by very quickly if you are running errands, etc.

I found that this daycare provided services that definitely justified their fees. For the record, I think the fees are manageable. My son receives early intervention for his speech delay. Children's Learning Company allowed for his speech pathologist to see him twice a week. Ms. Norma is very warm and understanding. She runs the daycare. There is a good balance of holiday celebration and learning instruction. It can be hard to find a good daycare that you can afford. I'm lucky to have found one to meet my son's needs. As working parents, we were eager to find the best care for her during the day. (Due to Covid, finding in-home care was challenging, so we had to look for daycares.) After extensive research- we enrolled our daughter here and could not be more pleased that we did! The hours are amazing and flexible. The teachers are an absolute joy and it is obvious how much they love each child. We get pictures throughout the day, and they also let us know which skills they are focusing on during their daily activities. We have an app that allows us to communicate with the teachers. This is where we can request they focus on a specific developmental need (more tummy time, etc), and inform them of anything they should be aware of (like teething or a rough night sleeping). No matter what time of day we pick our daughter up, we always are thrilled with what we see when we peek through the door. It is also great seeing every teacher in the school greet our daughter by name even if she is not in their classroom specifically.

At pick-up time, teachers would always take a minute to talk about how the day went. Everyone is so kind. The large parking lot is a bonus. There's no stressing about traffic or double-parking at the start or end of the day. We took our daughter out after five months but only because of lots of family engagements that would've kept her out anyway. We wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.

For starters, the facility is clean and inviting, but the staff and teachers make this place go round. Jade and Tarika are incredible directors. They are always available for a chat - about both good things and concerns - and take the time to get to know each child. They are also extremely vigilant about when a child might be sick, which I appreciate. Additionally, they are responsive via email. I know that if I have a quick question, they are ready, willing and able to help. Lastly, our son loves his teacher, Miss Gia! He has never cried once when we drop him off and a huge smile comes onto his face when we walk into his room! The kids are kept busy (we love the art projects that come home!) and are cared for well. Each child gets a lot of individualized attention - the teachers get down on the floor and play with the children. This was important to us because children learn through play: making cars move, opening boxes, stacking blocks, etc. The teachers were genuine and they were engaged in developing each child's curiosity and creativity. We recently had to move and were sad to say goodbye to this magical place, but we feel so lucky that our son got off to a great start there.
