Had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. to have a pontoon left put in. Call them 2 hours later said they'd give us a call when they're on their way call them again 5 hours later now it was 4:00 never answered at this point sure they weren't coming no show no call crappy service who does that to their customers I live on mille lacs lake and I'll make sure and tell my neighbors not to use them or give them any business. read more

Very disappointed as we called here to get a quote on a brand new dock. My husband spoke with who we believed to be one of the owners to provide our specifications, indicating we were serious and in the market. We never received a call back (despite a follow-up call), and thus decided to take our business to Stevos. We can't comment on pricing or service otherwise. read more
