Recently I ran into an issue where my name change caused my prescription not to be filled because it looked fraudulent. When I called the woman on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I sat on hold for 17 minutes before I could get someone to listen to me and stop placing me on hold. By then I was obviously annoyed and frustrated. I explained that half of my meds were filled under my maiden name and the other half were filled under my married name and the reason I had not changed it was because it has to be done in person and whenever I'm in the store there's a line of people and I don't want to contribute to the wait. Not only did it take less than two minutes to do but she acted like I was the problem for not doing it sooner. I understand that they have been flooded with customers since Rite Aid closed but they kind of suck.

This Walgreens has lost or messed up 3 of 7 prescriptions that we have had called in over the last 4 months. One, I went through the drive thru and they said they didn't have it. So I called the pediatrician's office and they said they called it in. I went inside to double check and the guy behind the counter found that it was in there but had been deleted for some reason. One, I had a family member go in to pick my scripts as I was at home sick, they said they had three scripts (which was right) but then they only gave her two and told her that if the third one was really mine I would need to come back in and get it. It was just prescription strength vitamin D. I went back in the next day and they claimed they never had the third prescription. After this last time I have change pharmacies. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

A little friendly neighborhood family-owned pharmacy. These kinds of places have been largely run out of business by the likes of CVS and Walgreens and Rite Aid. It's really good to see that there are still a few left in business, and for that reason I would always give these guys my business over any of the major chains if possible.

This is the only store that I can find certain shampoos, conditioners and makeup that fits my shade. There are several large retailers in the area but they do not carry some of the products that I need in a pinch. This store is close to home, clean and easy to navigate. There have been times when it's hard to find someone to check me out at the register because they're stocking shelves but overall this is great store.
