Horrible experience received in Frederiksberg! After the reparation, half of our RAM was missing-…read more8GB! Originally computer has 2 RAMs size 8GB and 8GB. On the top of that, we discovered some screw in computer were missing and speakers were not working at all (before they were working)! This is what you call reparation? You pay for service and you get less than you had. We contacted the shop assistant who claimed he forgot to place half of "our" RAM in. Of course 8GB RAM costs only around 750 Dkk... When we came next day to pick up our original RAM, he gave us the box with 8GB written on it. However, inside the box there was a RAM size 2GB. Was this shop kidding us? They are cheating on you. It is unbelievable!

We went to get back our laptop, but now the screen isn't working, and it's stuck in a boot loop. (Laptop was fine before, it just wasn't charging) Decided to screw it open after reading Mirka's review... you guessed it, RAM was missing.
