We could hear everything - the walls were so thin. The heat was another issue we had to constantly ask for it. Living in that apartment was pure hell. So when we moved out I called Margaret to let her know what an awful experience we had and she didn't want to hear it - her response was " I don't know what that has to do with me". We paid her a $1,400 commission based on her assurance that the home owner were "nice people". She conveniently forgot who paid her $1,400 commission we did not the home owner. It's not ethical for Margret to take prospective tenants to this place knowing that the tenants have to endure no heat, constant door slamming and invasion of their privacy. She didn't want to hear it because the commission check had long been cashed and she was not getting another cent from me. It's super convenient to pay rent on time and you even can use your credit card for payments which not too many real estate companies offer. Because of this I get constant annoying calls from speculators, trying to buy the house where I live that is not for sale. This is an invasion of my privacy and it's just a good example of bad business practices that clearly show this is not a good company to do any sort of business with. Also they're very dishonest, when I first contacted them they insisted my phone number is not on their site. But every time I ask a caller how they got my number they tell me from the Property Shark website. If I could I'd give them negative stars. These people are shady, I wouldn't trust any of the information on their website.
