Their actions violated North Carolina's prohibition on self‑help eviction, the requirement for a sheriff‑supervised writ of possession, and the laws protecting tenants' personal property. What they did constitutes conversion, unlawful eviction, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. After being instructed by a superior at the police department to contact them, David -- the same person who pursued the charges with Officer Gross despite knowing I had a legal contract to be there -- now hangs up on me and has blocked me. This behavior shows clear avoidance and refusal to take responsibility for the damage they caused.I am pursuing them in court for full compensation and accountability for the total loss of everything I owned.

Christy was also very condescending and horrible to work with - lied straight to my face, code enforcement, fire chief, and other neighbors that complained while code enforcement was on property. She replied, "Honey, we're about to close (because of the weather). You have to fill out an application online and we're not giving keys out today".
