Also the same one claimed nothing changed that's probably because they didn't follow the directions that were sent to them! They probably didn't drink a lot of water the day before the day of and the day after! Then probably didn't wear the right stuff for the 72 hours after. I have pain in my hips from a sciatica nerve and I didn't feel any pain the day of nor the day after and I've been trying not to eat the wrong things. Now granted IT IS NOT CHEAP!!
