The lead technician spoke with my neighbor an another job and said they would not be back because they knew the air conditioner was installed improperly. They, now, want to charge an additional $2800 for redoing ductwork. The 2 technicians were fired immediately after installing our air conditioner. Unfortunately, when we were handed off to the front desk, the level of customer service dropped a bit. I had to ask about the warranty and return policy myself, as this information wasn't explained before the total was presented. The delivery process went well. Two service technicians removed the old stove and quickly installed the new one. They were very patient with my mother and took the time to thoroughly explain and demonstrate the stove's features. They even went back to the store to retrieve a copy of the appliance manual, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I was impressed with our experience and would encourage others to give Pate Appliances a chance if they're in the market for a new appliance.

The dryers are agonizingly slow and if you open the door to check on your clothes and do not close door quickly your time (that you paid for) resets and you have to pay again.
