I would not recommend this dentist, especially if you value flexibility in scheduling appointments and professionalism. First, it's a $50 fee to reschedule if it's not at least 48 hours before. Second, they could change the time of your appointment 48 hours before, and it's on you to spot that, as they won't call out that the time's been changed. I had a teeth cleaning scheduled for 9:30 AM. Two days before, I received what looked like a standard, automated text to confirm my appointment. It read, "Your next appointment IS SCHEDULED for 9:00 AM." These texts are common, and because it said "scheduled," like this was the time previously agreed to, I quickly confirmed, assuming, as many would, that this time matched my records. The morning of, I needed to reschedule due to a work emergency, but also realized the time of my appointment had been changed in that text without the office clarifying they had moved it. I flagged this and the office started out by saying, well if the time was wrong, you should have said something then, and not that they should have notified me the appointment had been moved. And my experience worsened from there. Their staff continued to argue with me over text, which was highly unprofessional, and then switched tact to insist that I had gotten it wrong and that, "it's always been 9:00 am," and they were sorry "if it was in your calendar at a different time." Staff also used passive-aggressive language throughout this heated exchange like, "it was great speaking with you and we wish you the best!" The miscommunication with the office could have been forgiven, but their handling of the situation after the fact and their persistence in engaging in a back-and-forth to prove me wrong was highly unprofessional from a business perspective. I could not recommend against this practice enough. read more

I have been a patient for a long time, but had lapsed in my dental care. Then I chipped a tooth, and was in pain, and so stressed. I was worried that my appointment would be painful and drawn out, and costly, given the chipped tooth and my long absence. The staff and Dr. Keck were wonderful. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and slowly but surely got me back to a regular dental cleaning maintenance schedule, and addressed any issues I had with compassion, and no lecture about me taking so long to come in. I can't believe I'm saying this about dental appointments, but between making sure I was comfortable, and taking such good care of me, it was about the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had. I'm so glad to be a patient of theirs. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the hygienist always takes good care of me. Went to this dentist on a whim because I needed my tooth to be checked out immediately and was new to the area. They were able to get me an appointment within the week and work with me on my payment. I do not recommend if are you looking for that smile again. I spent thousands for nothing for the past 3 years I spent so much money to get my smile back I desperately wanted. I went in for a fill in , it was done incorrectly now I needed a root canal after already having a root canal 1 month prior. I shouldn't had a fill in before another X-ray instead the doctor did the fill in chipped my tooth than told me I need to go somewhere else to get a root canal after a few weeks they ended up doing it because the provider now available to do root canals that was another 600. I did the root canal and was told I would need a bridge and it will be 1500 dollars via email and over the phone, one day before the visit I was told now the price is 2,000. I am very upset because I live pay check to pay check and I spent so much money with them just to be screwed at the end with no improvement in 3 years its sad how people take advantage of you and now I may loose my tooth I will continue to pray that I will find a better dentist and can get my teeth done correctly with out being used and mistreated. but I do not recommend read more

From their beautiful office right by the beach to their quality, affordable and up-to-date care, they can handle any dental needs you may have. Being a patient 8-9 years a trusted Dr. Weinberg. I had 4 old veneers for 18 years and it was time to replace, then never cracked or broke, they were just old and ready for new. I spent alot of money for my 4 front veneers with Weinburg, and 7 years later my front one broke, I paid over $900 for my 1 emergency visit with him on a Saturday. Then another large sum of money to replace veneer, only to find out it was a crown and he billed my insurance, got paid. He never told me it was a crown! Never told me it may not match my other front existing veneer. He want to charge me to remove the two front (the new crown) after the fact, and the veneer that did not match. My smile looks awful because my two front teeth don't match. Again, never told me it was a crown and still took my money. I asked to replace the front left with matching crown and he wanted to charge me $1700.00 and again, submit to my insurance for an additional payment. I could go on about the bad experiences with the vibe in there and the games with costs, but I am not. Choose for yourself. I had been going to the same dentist for 30 years who is retiring so I wanted to find one who was in my insurance plan. Dr. Weinberg appeared to be well qualified so I went to his office for the first time for a cleaning and check up. The receptionist was friendly, Dr. Weinberg is very personable and appeared to be professional and knowledgeable. BUT, everything else was rather unpleasant. I have had regular dental checkups and cleanings twice a year and my last dental check up and cleaning was 7 months ago and I had no problems with my teeth or gums at that time. They (the dental hygienist) said I had periodontal desease, cracked teeth, falling fillings, tooth decay, everything she could think of. Specially she mentioned periodontal desease in an area in which I had oral surgery and a new bridge put in a year ago, my old dentist would not have done that work if I had periodontal desease in that area, and she had never mentioned that to me. The Dr examined me and went by whatever the Hygienist said. The hygienist insisted in doing periodontal scaling right there and then, I told her I was there for a cleaning only. She gave me the worse cleaning I have ever had, it took her about ten minutes, my last hygienist spend 30-40 minutes and my teeth felt really good when I left the office, not this time, the teeth didn't feel smooth or my mouth clean. Then they proposed that I do all of this dental work and gave me an estimate that was very convoluted, when I asked for clarification they couldn't explain anything but just told me I would pay and if the insurance paid they will give me a check. I suspect that the estimate they gave me was artificially low just to get me to start the treatments. I felt very uncomfortable with the entire experience and the selling pressure, I need to find another dental practice. read more

I chipped my front tooth on a dried mango. I went to a dentist in Naples, and the outcome was not favorable. Desperate for help - because I care about appearances - I telephoned a friend "in the know." She said, "honey, if we're talking about your front teeth here, you can ONLY go to a Pankey dentist." I had no idea what that meant, really. But it sounded reasonable enough. My husband researched Pankey Institute members and his search led me to Dr. Weinberg in Juno. Hands down, this is the best stoke of luck I've ever been so fortunate to receive. He's not just a doctor. He's an artist. His procedures have been comfortable and the level of care and detail is beyond my abilities to capture in words. His work looks clean, vibrant, and most importantly, natural. But glamorously natural. I'm not exaggerating - my teeth look better now than they ever have before. This is cosmetic dentistry at the highest level. I'm so happy, I want him to redo my bottom teeth! Horrible!!! I googled Zoom teeth whiting and my search referenced Dr. Weinberg DDS so called and booked an appointment. The receptionist call me back shortly thereafter asking if I would consider a different tooth whiting product other than Zoom. I mentioned to her that the sole reason I wanted Zoom whiting was I had the procedure before had no discomfort and I was pleased with the results. She insisted that the other product they use has less chance of sensitivity works better and takes a fraction of the time. The instant the product was applied it started burning my gums 7mins into the first of three 15 minutes applications. Not the reason for me writing my first ever review, the receptionist long black hair was just plan nasty. I asked to see a doctor "he's at lunch" no one to look into the burned soft tissue in my mouth or to address my pain. Let's take care of todays visit you would have had more pain using Zoom than you did with the one you just used. When I was leaving both girls snickered a Have a nice Day as if my pain was funny. STAY AWAY THIS BEHAVIOR IS BEING SUPERVISED AND FOUND TO BE ACCEPTABLE!!!! YOU ARE A MARK IN THIS OFFICE DO NOT EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE A PATIENT !!!!! Had to give one Star to post!! read more

After the shallowest cleaning ever experienced in 70+ years of dental visits, the hygienist diagnosed a need and prescribed a "deep cleaning". No dentist involved. During a follow-up for a "deep cleaning" a week later, after I was fully prepared for the procedure, a young man looked at the hygienist chart and said something that I have never heard or read before and was later refuted by all other practices queried - this was a normal procedure every 5 to 10 years. The same hygienist performed the "deep cleaning" in a 20 minute follow-up visit. I remember leaving the office and thinking - WOW! 20 minutes for $1,600 - what a racquet. Adding insult to financial damage, the so-called "deep cleaning" seemed like just finishing up the original shallow cleaning. No scraping, no planning, no treatment of each quadrant, no anesthesia as described in an on-line review of "deep cleaning". After registering the issue with Weinberg Dentistry they simply stopped all communication. It would strongly appear from comments by other dental practices that Weinberg Dentistry is running a scam to recoup the cost of acquiring my former dentist practice. I do not recommend anyone to use this practice in WPB and suggest any who do to seek another practice. read more
