I was unfortunately involved in an accident in July of this year by a man who wrongfully claimed that I was at fault. I found a new attorney who will fight for me but they have been trying to get a copy of the file and Larian refuses to send it to me (prior client) or the new law firm. CA law states it must be sent 10-14 days after its requested. I have texted and called multiple time - no one answers calls or texts back. I will file a BAR complaint under Core Rule: California Rules of Professional Conduct Rule 1.16(e) if I do not receive my file in the next 5 business days. Respond to your texts!!!
