As I quickly found out, the Omega Law Group is a joke, baiting you in and then failing to deliver as you attorney. Sadly in this case I was lured in by a fake introduction by the apparent Founder Robin Saghian , who stated that he was one of the founding partners of the firm. They said they had the expertise to handle my case Torsten Kunert vs. Starbucks. The papers were signed and completed by both sides with only 5 months remaining until the state of limitations ran out. A few months went by and they stopped communicating, the very opposite from when they aggressively pursued you to get your case. Do not be fooled. Then they dropped the case like a hot potato, no warning, no time to find another lawyer before the deadline. Now they leave me with no other option to sue them for malpractice and launch a social media campaign to educate drivers and the public to stay far and clear from this group.
