Didn't work same code he told me that he recommended that we replace the whole oven. Ask for a refund he told me it will take a few days for the refund. It only took 5 minutes to take the money out of my account. The oven is only 6 years old. what really got to me is that the tech didn't want to listen to anything I would suggest. After agreeing to do it for $120 - once he had done the job and the dryer diagnosis he wanted $150. I would not recommend Jon or ever call him again! Here are some details But here is where he didn't earn 5 stars from me a) Tons of Drama!. I had a wine cooler - and he charged me $79.99 for diagnosing the problem - which was the the thermostat. b) He told me that it would be an additional $350, for him to order the part and install it - but I told him that I could order the part myself (BTW - for $150). At which point he told me - there would be no warranty and he would install it for $75. c) So we agreed, I would order the part, and he would be back to install it for $75. While leaving I told him I had a dryer that also needed looking at - and he said since he is coming back he would look at it for NO CHARGE. d) 2 weeks later, I got the part, and I texted Jon. After re-introducing myself, he told me that it would now cost $150 to install it. After some back and forth, he agreed to $120 - and he also agreed that he would look at the dryer. e) He came today - installed the thermostat in the wine cooler - spent 15 mins on the dryer - and wanted $150. When I told him about the $120 - he had the gall to tell me that next time I could use somebody else. I definitely will use someone else. What a bad experience - NEVER AGAIN
