The 1st lawyer I called was Mr Biddison. Man did I get lucky! All I really need to say is that out of 6 or 7 cases that Len represented me in I never lost 1. And I had multiple open cases, what a mess that was. I never felt worried or uneasy at any moment ever. He's the lawyer you want on your side of the courtroom but definitely not on the other side. I really don't believe that I'm the 1st person writing a review, but I guess that no news is good news, right? Len is a good person, so are his paralegals and entire office staff. I suspect one of the problems for many firms are they assume their clients are somehow "beneath them." Unfortunately, for many of us, we are recovering from very serious accidents so we may not have the same "fight" in us that we had before our accidents. They are incredible in the beginning; concerned, empathetic, and seemingly concerned for your well-being. Then your name shows up on a dotted line and you get sophomoric email responses when you get upset. The point is you can pick from a dozen "pay when you get paid" law firms.
