I hired Alfonso Gambone for DUI case his initial fee was 5,000 for his team to file a motion. Alfonso was late with submitting my motion which the judge denied due to timelyness. Since my motion was denied I had to go trial. It's not the fact we lost the case. It's about his lack of effort and time he put in to get know me or even to hear what happened during the time of my arrest. Gambone failed to show me evidence that was in my case. Gambone never scheduled a meeting to meet with me and my husband. Mr. Gambone did my opening statement during my jury pick that same day. Mr.Gambone never spoke up for me at the time of my sentence for a negotation. Mr.Gambone told me it would be in my interest if I pleaded guilty to a charge never told me why should I plead guilty and never decided to sit down to discuss my case. I was able to reach Mr.Gambone through text while payments were being made, once my payments were completed Mr.Gambone stopped answering my calls/texts. During my trial I asked Gambone why wasn't he responding to my calls his response was I should've made an appointment to see him. I didn't know I had to do that when we were texting the whole time I was making payments. He is a complete ripoff and he doesn't take his time through your case he just wants your money. Respectfully, the fact that I was not the person signing the paperwork does not mean I was not directly involved in the consequences of your representation. Families are the ones left dealing with the stress, confusion, lack of updates, and the fallout when communication is poor and a case is handled carelessly. The reason my review does not include private case details is because I am not interested in publicly exposing someone's personal legal matters just to justify a negative experience. Professionalism, communication, and competence should not require me to disclose sensitive information for people to understand the point. When someone's freedom, future, and life are on the line, "general comments" about poor communication and a bad outcome are not minor issues--they are serious failures. Dismissing concerns simply because they come from someone close to the client says more about your attitude toward accountability than it does about my review. People hire attorneys to fight for them, not to leave them and their families feeling ignored, unsupported, and stuck with the consequences. read more

I can't say enough good things about Gambone Law and attorney Alfonso Gambone. My son got in trouble while I was out of state. I searched for the top 10 best attorneys in Philadelphia and found Alfonso's name. I called his office and they immediately connected me. Alfonso is an outstanding Lawyer. He goes the extra mile for his clients. When you get in trouble for the first time. You don't know what to do. My daughter was arrested. The police did not let my daughter out of jail until 1 AM. He was available and up again at the court at 7 AM. He knows the court and how it works. He figures out exactly what needs to be done then he does it. I live in California so there was little that I could do but under Alfonso protection I knew my daughter would be safe.
