Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip, but spoke with Naomi Sanchez who was able to cancel my reservations with no charge to me. She was extremely friendly and professional. And she replied calling me rude. I wasn't rude I just needed a taxi and all she said was no. She never said "I'm sorry we are not available tonight." And to call me rude because I needed a taxi????? I just asked why?????
