Arelys has always made the trip from San Juan to Rincon so easy & relaxing. She is always on time, has a huge van that has a ton of space for all of our things & still enough room for us to be very comfortable, we feel safe while riding with her, she is so friendly & kind, & seeing her waiting for us at the airport with a big smile on our face is the best welcome home every single time.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip, but spoke with Naomi Sanchez who was able to cancel my reservations with no charge to me. She was extremely friendly and professional. She was like because she's alone with her kid. I was confused and I asked isn't this a taxi service with other cars? And she said her husband is dropping someone else off. Then I asked what about after he's done with that and she said no. I was like ok bye. I posted a 1 star review on Google because that was the worst taxi service I've ever received. And she replied calling me rude. I wasn't rude I just needed a taxi and all she said was no. She never said "I'm sorry we are not available tonight." And to call me rude because I needed a taxi????? I just asked why?????
