When I called to politely reschedule for a day I was actually available, the staff was very rude and dismissive. They told me interviews are done "in large batches" and that if I couldn't make the scheduled time, I'd have to reapply in six months. I made it clear I was still very interested in the position and simply needed a different time, but they wouldn't even consider it.
