Their license expired and they have no insurance. I had the driveway ripped up and replaced because it was a tripping hazard (1 inch variance see first photo). They made the edges of the driveway even more of a tripping hazard (3-4 inch variance) and refused to complete the job to replace the dirt they dug up. They left an enormous amount of concrete debris and holes around my property, and left a neighborhood drain full of concrete. The owner's response? and I quote, "We're not landscapers. Look lady I've been in business for over 20 years. I had a bad vibe about you from the beginning and those (other) bad reviews are from crazy people like you. And let me be very clear bad reviews can go both ways!! I know a lot of people. Do not contact me anymore with your crazy stuff." Wow! They threatened to put a lien on my house after taking my money. I know nothing about concrete, but I can do…read moresales. they had a good pitch and a nice office, seemed legit enough to try but always kind of knew it was more of a fly by night place, and after seeing the way they operate and talking to other employees, I would never hire or recommend this company. the things they tell you to say are largely false, and all they're doing is getting you to commit to a high ball quote, posting the job to a labor board and hiring the cheapest bidder to do the job. youre better off going with a legit contractor who will be on site and in communication. the main goal they want you to accomplish on the sales side is getting a deposit that they will never return. and if you sell a job, they will call the customer, offer a discount and cut you out of the loop and never pay you. the first few jobs I actually sold and saw go in the ground were not up to my standards, let alone a homeowner. he accused me of "doing side work" to not pay me over 7k in commissions. again, I know nothing about concrete or would ever consider attempting to do a concrete job .

In light of this viral pandemic, my husband and I were unable to take our yearly vacation and travel because it is deemed unsafe to travel so we decided to do some home improvements around the house. We've always wanted to hire someone to put some pavers down in our backyard. We were afraid it would be too expensive and take days... but that's not the case. As we were shopping around, a friend informed me of LS Pavers. We had them come to our house and provide us with an estimate, which was very reasonable for labor and supplies. We called around and every other pavement company wanted to charge us substantially more for our backyard. We ended up hiring LS Pavers and the following day they started around 8/9 a.m. There was a total of 3-4 men and the owner of the company Lucienne monitoring the progress. It took them one entire day to complete the job! They did an amazing job! Pictures speak a thousand words so I posted a few pictures of what our backyard patio looks like.
