Well the solution was the owner himself was going to come out and caulk it himself. Probably to avoid an insurance claim, which was fine. He came once when the material was still there and couldn't do it, told us he'd be back on a specific Friday weather permitting to do it. Weather permitted, he never showed, never communicated, replied to texts or anything. Basically ghosted customers who spent 38k. And it's been months now. If that's how the owner treats customers, I would not recommend them.
