I have a business to run and my wife was caring for the sick kids, the last thing on her mind is to call and cancel/inform the dentist of what is going on. Yes I understand what is in the contract but from a business standpoint one would think of keeping clients long term and not charging them $200 for a no show. Poor business decision!!! I visited Krempa's practice to have a crown re-cemented. Dr. Martin performed the procedure. I paid…read morethe full price in cash. Two weeks later, the crown popped off. Naturally, I went back. This time Dr.Krempa took care of it. And promptly charged me again!!! When I complained to Dr.Krempa, he basically said, "Too bad." I found Krempa to be an arrogant prick and I can't warn you enough not to go to him. He obviously does not stand behind his own office's work. While the staff was very nice, you could sense they were walking on eggshells working for this guy. You could feel the tension. Avoid this dentist at all costs. If I could leave negative stars, I would.
