He comes out calm with all the things he needs done to his teeth without me having to do anything to assist. They have had him in a private room before because he does get worked up sometimes. The checkout is not that easy with a bunch of kids. You gotta stand and wait for a long time while they are getting papers ready, medicine. I was asked to pull my cards out two or three times for insurance while holding a baby and keeping up with my other two kids. They could work on that, but I am pleased with the office.

I have a business to run and my wife was caring for the sick kids, the last thing on her mind is to call and cancel/inform the dentist of what is going on. Yes I understand what is in the contract but from a business standpoint one would think of keeping clients long term and not charging them $200 for a no show. Poor business decision!!! After seeing her a couple of times, all 4 of my children now use Dr. Baldy. She is a very caring and kind dentist. She cares about her patients so much that around the holidays she offered me a bike to give my son for Christmas.
