The radio on my 2018 Dodge Durango has screen de-lamination & it clicks everywhere on the screen…read moreand I'm almost at the point of just keeping the radio off while I drive my car.I went 3 times to the dealership and They did not want to replace it unless I paid full price $1600.00. There's a bunch of dodge radios doing this and this is a factory problem. I waited a week to get my battery changed and radio inspected but they finally found some insurance and got it changed out. Im very disappointed in dodge and probably never buy dodge again unless they fix their interior issues. *Update after having my car for a week CJ got my radio changed with warranty only paid a small deductible. Thank you CJ for taking the time to find the insurance when other service writers couldn't.

MORGAN AUTO GROUP: WHO IS GOING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY?…read more I purchased a vehicle from Lake City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a Morgan Auto Group dealership, and what should have been an exciting purchase has turned into weeks of frustration, unanswered questions, and finger-pointing between Morgan Auto Group dealerships. The biggest concern involves the finance office. I agreed to purchase an extended warranty for $1,899.00. After reviewing my paperwork, I discovered I had been charged $3,999.99. That is more than double the amount I agreed to. The documents were presented on a small phone screen, making it difficult to review the details before signing. I did not discover the discrepancy until after the transaction was completed. I am currently consulting with an attorney regarding that issue. But the problems did not stop there. Before purchasing the vehicle, Julie Sullivan assured me that the vehicle had gone through an extensive inspection. Shortly after purchase, I took the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealership because of concerns I was having. That dealership discovered the vehicle was equipped with tires carrying a date code of 3816, meaning they were manufactured during the 38th week of 2016. A performance vehicle was sold with tires nearly ten years old. I had already driven the vehicle approximately three hours home before this issue was discovered. When I asked how tires of that age could pass an extensive inspection, I was told the vehicle had been transferred from Kia of Orange Park, another Morgan Auto Group dealership, and that they had inspected it. That answer raises more questions than it answers. If one Morgan Auto Group dealership sells the vehicle and another Morgan Auto Group dealership inspects it, why is the customer expected to chase answers between locations? Morgan Auto Group owns both dealerships. From a customer's perspective, Morgan Auto Group is responsible for the experience, regardless of which store performed the inspection. I am also still dealing with a missing key fob and have struggled to get clear answers regarding these issues. At this point, I am not looking for excuses. I am looking for accountability. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from a Morgan Auto Group dealership, I strongly recommend: * Reviewing every finance document carefully before signing. * Requesting printed copies of all paperwork. * Checking tire date codes yourself. * Obtaining the inspection report. * Having the vehicle independently inspected before purchase. Photos of the tire date code are attached. Morgan Auto Group, I am still waiting for someone to explain how nearly 10-year-old tires passed an "extensive inspection" and why I was charged more than double the warranty price I agreed to. Buyer Beware.

My husband, my 18-month-old daughter, and I were traveling from Georgia to Florida when we had car…read moretrouble with our Hyundai. We broke down in an area we weren't familiar with and didn't know what to do. After calling around, we were blessed to speak with Gene. He told us that if we could get the car there by 3:15 p.m., they would do their best to get it looked at that same day. Unfortunately, we had to wait on a tow truck and knew we'd be arriving much later than expected. When we called back, we asked if we could at least drop the car off while we figured out a hotel. Gene told us to come on in because he had spoken with one of the technicians about our situation, and they were still willing to help us. From the moment we arrived, Gene made us feel welcome. He immediately gathered our information and made sure we were comfortable. Several employees offered us complimentary drinks, let us use the TV area, and even brought my daughter a coloring book, toys, and a tiger mask. One incredibly sweet employee even took the time to fix the tiger mask when it came apart. Their kindness meant so much to us. The wait wasn't long at all. Gene returned with the technician, Mike, who performed a diagnostic test and quickly identified the issue. He sat down with us, explained everything clearly, and even helped us come up with a plan for the rest of our trip. He personally test-drove the car to make sure it was safe, cleared the code causing the warning, topped off our oil, and then went above and beyond by calling Hyundai on our behalf. He discovered there was an active recall covering the issue, found a Hyundai dealership along our route that could complete the repair for free, and gave us all the information we needed. We truly felt supported every step of the way. They told us they "treat everyone like family," and that's exactly how they treated us. During a stressful and uncertain moment, they gave us peace of mind and genuine kindness. I truly believe they were God-sent. I pray God blesses Gene, Mike, and the entire team tenfold for the compassion and care they showed our family. Thank you all for everything you did for us. We appreciate you more than you'll ever know!

These people are anything but honest! Do not let their friendly faces fool you it's all a cover-up…read moreso they can screw you. His name is Nathan Powell his facade is pretty believable until you go to pay your bill God forbid they give you a invoice or a rundown of what was done. They will tell you oh well and refuse to show you. Elderly abuse at its finest. Taking advantage of older people in the community that are not aware. Their invoices do not have any breakdowns of what they did especially when you get a oil change they text message you inappropriate please and change up their stories repeatedly. They do not call people to tell them the total of the car when you go to check out they just give you a receipt the invoice was not signed they charge $139 an hour. I was told my struts and my sway links were bad and that's was the problem. They said they had to order parts and they would be keeping my car overnight until the next day I went back there at 11:30 a.m. after dropping it off at 9:00 a.m. to get my house keys. I was told once again it would be held till the next day and that my part for the steering wheel is on backorder and they were waiting on a delivery for parts. He still had my keys on his desk. I received a phone call at 3:44 p.m. stating oh my gosh you'll never believe it the parts came and your car is done. Times don't add up. So when I got there and I questioned him why my car is still exactly the same as it was before it was a big ordeal. Still refuse to give me a proper detailed invoice nor was the invoice signed accepting the car as is. I questioned him further about the times and how it doesn't add up he told me at 12:00 the parts miraculously arrived and they were done by 3:44 but the invoice was printed out at 3:42. Needless to say I have a broken down car with all these excuses and text messages stay far away from these people and don't buy a car whatever you do don't even let them touch your car. They are the worst despicable people I've ever dealt with taking from old people that are naive for one and putting on that fake face just to wrote people in they're horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible nasty people thank you Nathan for being such a nasty person you're SOB sad stories my ass probably just told me what I wanted to hear
