While on the phone my salesman located the exact truck I wanted and told me it was his day off but if I was interested he would meet me at dealership. I told him yes I was interested and that I was on the way. Upon arrival a lot of the paperwork was done but there was a catch, I already had 2 auto loans and to get a third is impossible. Well almost impossible, because Elian and the team at I-75 Autos not only found the perfect vehicle for me but got me the loan I wanted on my terms. Other branded dealers of this company should follow what these guys are doing to the tee. Thank you again to Elian and the whole I-75 autos team.

I placed a request for information and photos on their website and received a text from JG later that evening. I asked if he could send me additional photos as well as how many keys came with the vehicle. Sure enough I got the answer and pictures the next day, even a video of the vehicle. We informally agreed on an out the door pricing with Tom O(Sales Manager) at $17,500 out the door. That was pretty much the reason why I drove all the way here. I figured if someone could confirm a simple request and we could agree on a price, it would be worth the drive. I made a last minute appointment but luckily JG was available Okay - Here's the reason for the two stars. The dealership's atmosphere leaves a lot of be desired. The music was way too loud btw. I waited a while because the car was still being detailed and when it was pulled around it was still dirty. It was washed but with minimal effort. There were soda stains on the driver and passenger side as well as smudges etc on the windshield. The battery to the key(s) was dying. The vehicle was still in trade condition it appeared. The test drive went smooth. Once we got back to the lot I checked out the exterior of the vehicle. Everything worked as it should lights, hood latch, trunk latch, gas door took a few tries. Once I popped the hood I noticed that the battery terminal was rusted - Both the negative and positive. The piece that holds the hood lift in place was missing. I'm a big stickler when it comes to how everything looks under the hood... At that point I wanted to turn away but I figured why not let's see what we can do on pricing and I can figure out the rest. Once I received the offer at JG's desk it was at 17,900 which was higher than the amount we spoke about previously. Apparently Tom wasn't there and Isaac was the guy in charge. We got it down to 17,600 with them replacing the battery terminals. Having to replace or fix something on a 2017 still baffles me. Isaac decided to go into information overload by saying how much of a good deal I was getting and they are losing money by selling the car at 17,6 so on.... At that point I wouldn't even be comfortable with 16k out the door with what the car still needs. Long story short. I walked and was glad I did. The car had a lot of wear for a 2017 and sadly, my 2009 same make and model is in better condition with over twice the miles. From what I was told they don't perform repairs here so I'm sure the fluids and filters weren't touched either. We have over a hundred of these used car dealerships in Jacksonville and to be honest I should have asked for more pictures before making the drive.

I was under the impression that the vehicle was in good working condition and was never informed of any previous mechanical issues. I purchased a "bumper to bumper" warranty and accepted the vehicle. A couple of weeks after taking delivery of the vehicle I broke down on the interstate and had to be towed. I do not know what the dealer did to get the car running but about 2 weeks later I again broke down on the interstate and had to be towed. This time the dealer told me I needed a new battery ($395) which I found unsatisfactory when I had just purchased the vehicle. I informed the dealer that I was not happy with the vehicle. I am a 73 year old veteran that suffered a stroke in 2022 and must travel to the VA hospital frequently. I cannot risk breaking down constantly. I began to experience additional electronic issues with the vehicle (blue tooth not working, maintenance lights coming on and off and the air bag failure light staying on). The dealer informed me that I needed a software upgrade for several hundred dollars. Each time I went to the dealer with an issue I was told that I needed to pay a $200 diagnostic fee to determine if the problem was covered by my warranty (it never was). I was in a bad situation as I fell behind on my auto payments as I kept having to pay for repairs. I asked the dealer to trade out the vehicle but he said he could not do that. I was searching through the glove box and found an envelope that contained all the previous owner's personal information (address, phone number, etc) and copies of repair invoices from this dealer for many of the same issues I was experiencing. I feel that the dealer knew this vehicle had serious issues but chose to resale it any way. It is my contention this dealer took advantage of me by selling a vehicle with known issues and a warranty of no value. As a result I have to surrender the vehicle with possible negative impact on my credit as I cannot afford to have continual repair costs and risk breaking down constantly. It is disgraceful that a dealer would treat a 73 year old veteran this way for the purpose of making a dollar.

MORGAN AUTO GROUP: WHO IS GOING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY?…read more I purchased a vehicle from Lake City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a Morgan Auto Group dealership, and what should have been an exciting purchase has turned into weeks of frustration, unanswered questions, and finger-pointing between Morgan Auto Group dealerships. The biggest concern involves the finance office. I agreed to purchase an extended warranty for $1,899.00. After reviewing my paperwork, I discovered I had been charged $3,999.99. That is more than double the amount I agreed to. The documents were presented on a small phone screen, making it difficult to review the details before signing. I did not discover the discrepancy until after the transaction was completed. I am currently consulting with an attorney regarding that issue. But the problems did not stop there. Before purchasing the vehicle, Julie Sullivan assured me that the vehicle had gone through an extensive inspection. Shortly after purchase, I took the vehicle to a Chevrolet dealership because of concerns I was having. That dealership discovered the vehicle was equipped with tires carrying a date code of 3816, meaning they were manufactured during the 38th week of 2016. A performance vehicle was sold with tires nearly ten years old. I had already driven the vehicle approximately three hours home before this issue was discovered. When I asked how tires of that age could pass an extensive inspection, I was told the vehicle had been transferred from Kia of Orange Park, another Morgan Auto Group dealership, and that they had inspected it. That answer raises more questions than it answers. If one Morgan Auto Group dealership sells the vehicle and another Morgan Auto Group dealership inspects it, why is the customer expected to chase answers between locations? Morgan Auto Group owns both dealerships. From a customer's perspective, Morgan Auto Group is responsible for the experience, regardless of which store performed the inspection. I am also still dealing with a missing key fob and have struggled to get clear answers regarding these issues. At this point, I am not looking for excuses. I am looking for accountability. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from a Morgan Auto Group dealership, I strongly recommend: * Reviewing every finance document carefully before signing. * Requesting printed copies of all paperwork. * Checking tire date codes yourself. * Obtaining the inspection report. * Having the vehicle independently inspected before purchase. Photos of the tire date code are attached. Morgan Auto Group, I am still waiting for someone to explain how nearly 10-year-old tires passed an "extensive inspection" and why I was charged more than double the warranty price I agreed to. Buyer Beware.

She was very patient to answer all the questions I had and the sales process was very straight-forward. A couple months later I decided to get this Rouge serviced and took it back to Rountree despite living closer to the Gainesville Nissan dealership and had Kinsley as my service representative and Tyler was my mechanic. Kinsley was super-attentive, nice, and listened to everything I asked her about and if she didn't have a ready answer she went and got Tyler, the actual mechanic, to come talk with me. Which he did and was also super straight-forward about everything. Very nice guy and seemed very honest. I believe the sales and finance process was not handled transparently. There were attempts to charge my bank account twice for a $2,000 down payment, and the terms of the deal were not presented accurately. Despite signing paperwork, I never took possession of the vehicle. I also had negative interactions with Finance Manager Louis. I received repeated calls and text messages, including messages outside of normal business hours. One message stated that I needed to return the rental vehicle so I could receive a refund of my UTA and that if I did not, it would be sent to collections. I found this confusing and concerning because I never took possession of the vehicle that was the subject of the transaction. As a result, I did not understand why I would be responsible for a UTA or why collections were being mentioned when the deal had not been completed and I never received the vehicle. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating vehicle-purchase experiences I have had. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to carefully review all documents, financing terms, and communications before proceeding with a purchase.
