So, this is not a fancy-schmancy spa. However, it was clean and charming, at our visit, and the massages were very good. The rooms are not completely self-contained as they are at some of the more well-known establishments. They are separated by a curtain, so you would hear what's going on in the room directly next door. This setup was fine for my SIL & I, and we were also the only guests during our time there. We were greeted at the desk directly by the front door and taken back into our massage areas immediately. Changing takes place right in the room in which there are hooks for hanging belongings. Lighting is of course muted. Relaxing music that went off mid-massage, for about 10 minutes, for some reason. We enjoyed the 90 minute full body massages, (with scalp and feet included) with hot stone treatment. Compared to other spas, this treatment was a sweet deal at $70! She is extremely thorough, takes her time, perfect amount of pressure applied, gave me complimentary hot stones, a lavender eye mask while she massaged my feet. I was disappointed to find out they do not oil and massage men's legs. They refused to massage my father's legs twice. When I confronted them with the advertisement on groupon that they do an all body massage, they told me that they will indicate on the groupon for Well Feet Spa to change it. Well, I don't see it. I referred my father to them because I am a former client. They never told me they do not massage and oil men's legs. I complained to Groupon the day after. They refuse to refund my money back into my account. In addition, the masseuse that massaged my father ran out to my car to tell me to come at a different time. I couldn't understand her at first, in fact I can't understand any of them, except the manager. That was unprofessional of her to run out to my car and assume I can set my time to her schedule. Separated by others by curtains so not own room but own section. It is a foot spa place so half massage is concentrated on feet if choose first option but there are many options. My boyfriend and I wanted a couples massage and saw they had a $75 couples massage special if you checked in on Yelp. So we decided to call in an make an appointment for day of. We chose two deep tissue massages. I wasn't expecting the nicest massage because it's such a low price. There aren't rooms at this location. Like other Yelpers stated, it is just areas separated by curtains. You can hear other customers talking, coughing, snoring, walking around, etc. For me though those things don't matter as long as the massage is good. So the massage starts and when she puts oil on, I feel like a pound of oil spread over my upper body. I'm literally soaked and dripping in oil. She starts gently and I'm expecting her to gradually increase pressure. 10 minutes pass... then 20 minutes... The pressure never changed. Oh, I guess this is the pressure. So I tell her to please go harder. Still nothing. I ask another time and she says ok. She gives 1 minutes of good pressure. Then stops and resumes the previous pressure and goes on with the rest of the body. I gave up. After consulting my boyfriend about his massage, he also confirmed he felt his masseuse was not trained in massage therapy. Both did not even do correct massage motions, only a back and forth motion. I don't think I've ever been in a massage and wanted it to just be over with already. Also when we went to pay, they did not uphold the $75 special as they said it was a Valentine's Day Special. Well, it's two weeks after Valentine's Day, you should probably have updated the Yelp. Also, if you pay with credit card, they charge 8% tax. I don't think I ever had to pay tax for massages. I've been twice now and the staff and massage therapists are all very welcoming and nice. Appointments are kept and on time. Each room seems to be separated by a curtain, but the room is private overall and dimly lit. You may hear some talking or moving about nearby but with the sessions priced so reasonably and the calming services they provide, you quickly drift off into relaxation. The place looks clean, modern, and professional. The location is great, it's close to Parx Casino, Franklin Mills Mall, and a lot of good restaurants that you can go before or afterwards. They have an awesome deals like a 2 hr massage for $70! They also don't hassle you when you walk in there, or when you leave. Other massage places would force you to pay cash, not this place. Usually, I charge for the service and tip the masseuse in cash. The masseuse gave me a good deep tissue massage and was able to relieve the pain in my neck and lower back. Amazing massage! Sometimes massages can be too soft and is just an hour of someone rubbing your back, and sometimes massages can be too rough on you and leave you awfully sore the next day. But this place was just the perfect middle! I felt great during and after, and I had a Groupon so it was double the awesomeness. We got to the place at 3 and they took us back around 3:10 and We waited for another 10 mins or so in the back. And they finish the massage at 4!! Let's just say if I could make this review 0 stars then I most definitely would. I've been here 2 times. The first time, I had no complaints what so ever. The staff were nice, the massage was great. The second time is where I realized I would never come back. I went in for a 60 minute massage, thinking my experience would be the same as the first time. The massage it self was not terrible. I've had experience with Groupons where scheduling the appointment/service was very difficult - this was a breeze. They took me pretty much as soon as I walked in- very prompt and courteous service.
