A month later, after we have already moved, we have had no communication with the property manager who is suppose to be renting out the house. I've called several times just to be told they are working on it by the receptionist. Finally I got fed up, and called the broker, which I guess is the property manager's manager. After my complaint, he literally said okay, and didn't offer me a resolution or anything. They care nothing about if they keep their business obviously, nor about military families. Only after I demanded to get out of the contract, they told me that someone had put in an application for my property, which the application was apparently just sitting there with no attention. I would not suggest this business for property management to anyone. Beware.

We needed a home with land for our horses on a tight budget, and somehow she found us a PARADISE. She went out to properties and recorded videos walking around the property itsself, and also walking through the house.. not just pictures. She was amazing in negotiations as well, and the entire process went so smoothly that we are still so impressed!! She held onto the keys for us until we arrived, and we remain in contact! This place sucks! Vented a house through them and half the stuff in the house didn't work and they…read morenever enforced the owner to fix things such as the AC that leaks freon and has to be refilled every 4 months and was told they need a new unit as well. The wood posts outside were rotting and chipping away a window missing a screen the dishwasher was broken the locks on the doors didn't work to unlock the doors from the outside one of the stove burners didn't work and the list goes on and on. Then when you call to speak to Joleen she doesn't bother returning your call when she's out and you leave a message and Bree does the same thing. The entire rental office sucks! We moved out and shampooed the carpets cleaned the house and they still took $300 out of the deposit plus more to clean the house and carpets if I were anyone I wouldn't rent from Mercer Hughes ever!

She went to Lincoln Realty to look for a rental home for us. She found a series of very nice, clean homes, which are in good condition and in a good area. The office took care of getting us into our home. They are very nice and respectful people. Took care of any little problem we had and had no worry. Nice little house on a quiet street, close to shopping. If we need maintenance, they are quick to do. We are coming up on a year here, and we will surely continue to rent this house until we buy.
