I literally had to have an 8 inch needle stabbed in my belly button multiple times to suck the excess fluid out of my belly button, while I was awake. I spent 2 days in the hospital and left with a drain connected to my stomach for another about a week to drain out fluid. I am 24 years old and was a collegiate athlete a few years ago (NCAA National Champion). I am young and healthy and I promise you this experience was brutal and the most painful thing I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this place as I put my trust in them and they let me down terribly. P.S I missed about a month from work after the surgery and after my visit to the ER. I am still not 100% and it is 6 weeks out for a procedure that typically take a few weeks to recovery. This Dr. has yet to take responsiblity or even reach out to explain what happened. I still am making payments for a surgery that has set me back a few months and a lot of PTO.

It has only been 6 weeks and I am back to eating everything again. I had pepperoni pizza and it was amazing! Haven't had that in 5 years! No heartburn no reflux, no medicine! I am so thrilled!!!!

I live in McKinney part time, primary NP is elsewhere, very happy to find this place especially given difficulty of finding a primary care provider in McKinney who will accept anyone in their 60s or 70s even if they have self-paid, nationally known private insurance they pay a fortune for every month. Nice to find a place that takes providing medical care for all seriously no matter what their age.

Dr. Miller has a very easy going and gentle personality..., which is intangibly important to me and my wife! My initial reason for seeing him was due to my left shoulder causing me pain. Ironically, I had a skiing accident that resulted in a tear of my MCL just prior to seeing Dr. Miller initially. After an MRI, he treated the MCL tear and shoulder pain with PT initially and didn't rush me into making a surgical decision. In addition, he gave me a cortisone shot for the shoulder which released the pain. The MCL healed nicely without any further procedure being required; however after 6 months the shoulder did get worse due to a separate but freak accident, so we decided that surgery was the only option that would relieve the pain permanently. This was the best decision, because the arthroscopic procedure revealed a massive tear of the supraspinatus which required 6 anchors instead of the normal 4 to reattach it properly. The entire experience has been outstanding and thankfully, the pain has been minimal. You can probably tell I really think the world of Dr. Miller and would recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care mostly because of his extensive experience and thorough approach.

When I go to med spas, the first thing I look at is the staff, and if they all look overdone, it is a red flag for me. The staff is friendly. After meeting Dr.A, my husband and I liked him. He is like talking to an old friend and is very personable. I could tell he is a cerebral thinker. He didn't overpromise and explained possible outcomes with my unique case. I appreciate the honesty. He was very informative and took his time with me. On the day of surgery, I felt comfortable, and again, his staff is so friendly. The anesthesiologist was so kind, and she even put nutrients in my PIC line. I woke up and felt very alert and had minimal discomfort. My recovery time was short, and I believe the nutrients helped. When I saw my after photo, in surgery, before the swelling kicked in, I couldn't believe it was my body. Dr A is a Michelangelo, A renaissance man! I am so impressed by his skill and artistic eye. I am looking forward to seeing the results as I heal. I am using infrared light to aid in discomfort, swelling, and inflammation, along with supplements and a high-protein chicken bone broth soup, so my discomfort level is minimal. I highly recommend an infrared light. Dr A should be on your list of doctors to consult with.
