(10/10) first appointment went fine (10/17) got MRI, from a different place (10/20) received MRI and gave treatment plan NOW it's where things start to go downhill. (11/24) this was our scheduled follow up. The doctor is out and had to reschedule, fine. (11/25) they had to reschedule because apparently they were overbooked. Which is completely on Momentum. On top of that, the person helping me over the phone was saying each patients FIRST AND LAST NAME of who the appointments were for. COMPLETELY VIOLATING HIPAA LAWS. (12/9) rescheduled appointment, doctor still has an emergency, mind you there are 3 doctors here. (12/17) shocker, the appointment needs to be rescheduled because they "don't have our MRI scan". This was shown at appointment 2 and without it there can't be a treatment plan. Also there was no call or text saying they needed to reschedule, this was me calling today to CONFIRM. Only THEN to find out we need to "reschedule".

I want to thank Dr. Ali for being a great physical therapist, a great chiropractor, and an amazing…read moredoctor and person all around. I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I only wish the best for her and look forward to seeing the growth of her business! If I ever have issues and need physical therapy or chiropracty again, I would definitely go to her again. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area -- whether it's chronic pain, athletic damage, or from a car crash, she was able to handle it all.

She keeps all my small nagging pains at bay and allowing me to train at my fullest! Please note- she is not your typical Chiropractor. I was armed with not one, but two MRIs from other doctors, ready to hear the dreaded "Let's schedule surgery" speech. Instead, I met with a genuine, down to earth, personable doctor that actually listened to all my complaints and I mean all of them lol. Not just "my back hurts," but also my entire medical history. Dr. Desaloms already has my MRIs up on a giant screen ready to review my issues. This office clearly invests in top-notch technology, and it shows. Love his PA Stephanie (extra bonus points for having her in his back pocket!). He's not the kind of neurosurgeon who pushes surgery just because he can. I may need it someday, but right now he's focused on what's best for me. That kind of organic, patient-first approach is rare. The entire staff at Dallas Neurosurgical and Spine, from the front desk, tech, PA to billing -- were exceptional people who obviously enjoy (and love) their jobs!

From the very first consultation, Dr. Carll stood out from the other back surgeons I had seen. Before finding him, I met with two other surgeons, and the difference was immediately clear. Dr. Carll genuinely cares about patient outcomes and takes the time to explain everything in detail. He answered every question I had prior to surgery thoroughly and patiently, making sure I fully understood my options and felt confident moving forward. The office staff is equally incredible--polite, professional, and always willing to walk through details and explain next steps clearly. That level of communication and attentiveness makes a huge difference, especially when you're dealing with something as stressful as back surgery. I truly believe anyone considering back surgery should speak with multiple doctors--but Dr. Kendall Carll absolutely needs to be one of them. I've already referred a couple of close friends to him, and they've had the same incredible experience I did. The level of service, care, and communication at Spine Care of North Texas truly puts them in a league of their own. I'm extremely grateful for Dr. Carll and his team and would recommend them without hesitation.
