The masseuse bought a basin with warm water to soak my feet. After soaking for about 6-7 minutes, the masseuse dried my feet and began to massage my feet with lotion. The pressure was decent. I was so relaxed and didn't bother to ask for a little more pressure. After the hour was up, I was given a bottle of cold water and I felt so much better when I left. I'll be sure to come on a monthly basis.

They get in deep so if you don't like it too hard just tell them to go lighter in the beginning. They have unique techniques (yes some of them get in the table to really get in there on a better angle) and they do massage the sides of bum which I love because that's a neglected area that holds a lot of tension. Both massages were good however the reception could use some work…read more The first visit ended with the receptionist arguing with me about "undertipping" when I asked for a certain amount of change back after paying for the service. The total difference she was arguing was a $2 difference. The whole time she was holding my change hostage until I agreed with her. I did hold my ground and tipped what I was planning in the end but it was definitely uncalled for behavior. I could tell on my second visit that I was marked in the system some how because I was then required to pay prior to service and then was questioned by the staff to confirm when my last visit was. Tipping culture has gotten out of control and to be treated like this over $2 is crazy. Will not be returning.
