Yesterday was my 2nd session with Luciano to repair my hip/flexor injury. This injury is deep and extends from L3 on the right through every muscle down to my soleus. Weight bearing has been difficult as is sitting to standing and vice versa. But 2 sessions with Luciano and not only is it less excruciating, I have started to weight bear without wincing. He works very deeply but again, without bringing me more pain. He is confident, gentle and strong.
