It pretty much has withstood the test of times and has been maintained over the years. It's organized and always stocked. The prices aren't always great but I do get things when it's on sale. The pharmacy area is okay and can use improvements. The pharmacist here do their jobs and try to be helpful yet they can work on being a little more approachable. The other employees are really customer service oriented and friendly. Although, it's been maintained over the years, I think a remodel or update can be really beneficial. The Rite Aid a few blocks away have done this already and it looks great! I would focus on the pharmacy area as it is the most frequented area. Maybe having a better waiting area would show much appreciation to customers.

I get 2-3 different prescriptions per month and this pharmacy has always helped me get my meds consistently. Anytime I have questions and send a message about my script they always call me back within an hour. A few times I've dealt with backordered meds and insurance issues and the staff have worked to resolve or get guidance on what action I should take. Those with negative views, please remember this. CVS corporation is evil and does not give pharmacists the support they need. Yet pharmacy staff does their best for our safety and health. Often, barriers like staffing, regulations, and insurance are the cause of your problems. PS: I am not a special, high priority patient who's life is at risk without my meds. All my meds are routine and can be missed without any serious effects yet they STILL prioritize getting my scripts on time, even a few days early.

It is set up to be efficient, to minimize staff time, and to streamline the delivery of a huge number of prescriptions on a daily basis. They do OK. It's not miserable to pick up my medication here. I don't recommend going to pick up a RX between 1:30pm and 2:30pm. The Manager Mayur was kind enough to explain why they didn't open exactly at 2pm. The reason being that some times they don't start their lunch on time and they have to rake their 30 minutes. That's understandable. Rachel is very helpful. She goes the extra mile if need be and that means a lot. This location isn't the best at being customer focused however, for the most part, most of the pharmacy staff are nice.
