Alittle back…read morestory.....I was in a bad accident at the end of 2024, the damage to my forehead muscles and tissues left a permanent forehead dent which made me so self conscious and not wanting to go out without covering my head. I went to a plastic surgeon and a medical spa, both gave me options to help it, but they involved sugery or spinning cells and then injecting them back in, with results that had 50/50 odds. My friend suggested I go and see Tonja, just to ask if she knew of any injections that may help. She was so kind and knowledgeable, without giving me false hope.... after explaining that botox may help with relaxing the muscles that were over compensating and pulling over the damaged tissue I decided to try it. ( honesty goes a long way ) I know it won't cure her issues she's neglected for years. But some pain relief & swelling yes. * The cost and creative ways to make it happen. * How to use the equipment , care for it, & keep track of progress to report back to Dr. Herbert for evaluation at the next appointment. * We are now at a point that mom has at least 65% of swelling gone and can walk without feeling like she had concrete buckets attached to her ankles. * Next we will be concentrating on the knees and legs.
