She did so, but she intentionally did not include her CPA designation which was my sole reason for the request. I now understand why. What an embarrassment to her profession. If there is some error or omission in our work, we address that without charge of course. Maybe that is why they have not been charging you for these amendments, because the returns were filed incorrectly? Also, it seems they have been unable to resolve the issue, so you may be getting what you pay for..... I apologize if there was any misunderstanding that I will charge a fee for any services provided. My time is my inventory for sale. I cannot give it away. That said, at least the mystery is solved for both years.
