We also ended up getting a structural test for a great bundle price. Upon arrival there was team of two who tackled the home and completed the mold and structural test under an hour. They were extremely detailed when explaining the issues that did arise when they were done with the inspection on site and within a few hours of them leaving, I received the two full written reports with detailed explanations and local contractor recommendations for the issues that the did find in the attic. They also offer a follow up service for a check in inspection once you have the work completed in the home. I highly recommend this team! They were fast efficient and affordable.

Short review: Kelly is a hot head that cussed me out over the phone, and he should not be in…read morebusiness. I ordered water filters from them, on May 24th. I got a confirmation email that stated they would be in touch. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately. After hearing nothing for over a week, I emailed them asking about the status of my order. They said they would check on it. By June 2nd I had still not heard back, so I emailed again demanding a tracking number. They responded by asking me to call them. Kelly indicated that he may not be able to get the filters, and that he thought the web page I ordered from had been removed. I received an email on June 10th, stating I was getting a refund in 3-5 days. I finally had to call back on June 19, as I had not received a refund. Kelly then cussed as me, and blamed me for ordering from a web page that wasn't supposed to me there, then hung up on me. There's a reason this is a mom and pop shop, and based on my experience they won't be in business long.

Blue Line was a bit more expensive than other companies we'd called, but from what I'd previously learned about mold, Sean seemed the most knowledgeable. Upon looking our situation over, he found no mold to be tested but did do a good inspection of the area and found no moisture, and no rotted wood. Turns out the black discolorations in our attic ceiling exposed fiberglass was from a mice intrusion. With no testing to be done, Sean only charged us a smaller fraction of the original quote. I have seen 3 primary care doctors in the last year. One doctor only once. So I keep having to go over my medical history every visit and explain everything over and over. Hard to prescribe new or update medications when they don't know my history. Seriously thinking about going to another health care provider. And talking with other patients who have experienced this also. Many are not happy with the service being provided.

I was told I would have to come back to see the podiatrist. This is a RURAL area and this would mean two more hours of driving for another appointment plus, If I had been told that I needed a referral I could have gotten one from my regular primary care doctor. Very inconsiderate and just a way to make more money by making a patient have extra unneeded appointments. This was for a podiatrist for god's sake.!! I am not the only one this happened to. Won't go back.
