Before i left i had them set up the US bank mobile app with my information entered. So i could make my payments on the app. Well guess what they entered my informatiin wrong. So when i made my payments. They showed me as made but were returned because the information was wrong. Now they can see i made my payments in the app. They can also see they entered the account routing number wrong . But they decide to hit my credit with a late payment any way. Stay clear they aren't worth the paper their name is printed on.
