She walked in around 12:10 and took another (Caucasian) lady before me, stating that "she had an appointment". I explained that I did too..that mine should have been her first..AND that I was here before her. She proceeded to say that she would have rescheduled my appointment "if she was somewhere w/phone service". This adds insult to injury as I am here to make them aware of a mistake that they made on my account.

Don't do business with this bank!! Regions bank financed our car a few years ago. They lost a…read more$2,000 payment we made. They didn't allow us to have online banking because we wouldn't open a checking account with them. I was forced to drive to nearby towns to make the car payments. It was either that or pay by mail. Thank God I paid at the bank because I was able to have proof of my payment. After they harassed us for non payment we emailed them a copy of our receipts and just like that the calls ended. I never got a call back or a response to my email to find out what happened to my money in the first place. I couldn't wait to pay them off and be done with them. After that experience I laughed every time the teller would ask me to open an account with them. This place is shady shady shady.
