They did not advise me that I would need to close a member account after paying off my loan in order to stop payments from continuing to come out of my account. In addition to that, they had to mail my check to me after closing my account even though all my money was taken out electronically. Also, their website was not user friendly... possibly because the account was opened through a dealership, but regardless, was not user friendly.

I inherited a modest home improvement loan along with the house when my mother died. I went in to…read moreupdate the loan to my name, and it took THREE visits to do this very simple task. Later, I decided I wanted to pay the loan off early, and discovered that they had only updated the auto-pay. When I insisted I be helped, the young woman working refused to assist me, and the older woman got defensive on her behalf. To be clear, I was polite, but irritated. The had the gall to treat me like a villain for wanting to pay my bills early, while sitting next to a "We treat you like family" poster. The conduct is unprofessional, incompetent, and worse than apathetic; hostile to the customer. I will never do business with these people again.

I deposited the same check from the same institution on the 1st. On the 2nd, I'm locked out of my account. I'm out of state and can't go in to personally resolve this. I've called multiple times and have to start over with each call representative. They mean well but it's the Arlington location that's not following through. Tellers proved in addition to teller services, officer services such as balance in accounts not being handed at the time, requesting check books , etc. Tellers should only do teller services and thus provide a little more respect for customers

This is the worst experience I've had with a Chase ATM, and it's not even the staff of the bank --…read moreit was the drive-thru ATM. I had to deposit some cash I received from my friend, and I went through the drive-thru with no wait. Everything was OK until I realized that the ATM would not take my cash, which sometimes does happen (maybe because my cash was too wrinkly?) Anyways, I decided to make multiple deposits by splitting it in half. The first half worked fine, and now as I'm making the second deposit, the money didn't go through and it just says "To be sure your deposit went through, please call us at ___." How does an ATM not just take cash? So now I'm stuck here, waiting on Chase and they had to file a claim for me. The only reason why it's getting 2 stars (vs. 1) is because they said they can post an "immediate temporary credit." I just hate having something on hold and I know this doesn't align with the Chase brand because I've NEVER had any bad experience with this bank. The ATM machine looked old (they didn't take tap-to-pay) and maybe it may be the reason why. Hopefully, I don't have to give any other Chase banks any more bad reviews because I really do like this brand.

And they are always nice here. It is a quick in and out, and it is staffed well. They also usually have blue suckers. Not required, but appreciated.
