It took three people to come to the window to try to resolve this extremely difficult procedure of cashing a check. Especially since we are at a bank. The manager was inconsistent, unprofessional, rude, and walked away when I asked her for her name. The two tellers were equally unprepared and unprofessional. When I asked one of the tellers the manager's name, she told me I could write it down and quite frankly I think she made up a name. The transaction which should have been simple and quick, became frustrating, drawn out, and certainly not to the advantage of myself, the customer. I immediately called someone at the headquarter office so that I could report this extremely negative and unnecessary experience. Honestly, if you are unprofessional, unprepared and unqualified apply for a job at TD Bank.

This Republic Bank is located in the heart of Haddonfield in a beautiful red brick building. The inside of the bank is modern and clean. The employees are welcoming to both humans and dogs (dog biscuits and water bowls can be found here). According to their website this location has a drive thru, but personally I parked in one of the metered spots at the entrance of the building. Republic Bank is open 7:20 am to 8 pm during the week, 7:30 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and 12 pm to 4 pm on Mondays.

They get you in acting like you're going to get a low interest rate on your car loans, they tell you interest rates from like 3.5% of 17% however they can't even tell you what criteria needs to be for what bracket of interest rates. I've never taken out a loan where they couldn't tell me what criteria you to meet to see if you even wanna do business with them. Technically you could have perfect credit and you can meet all the criteria and still get 17 percent interest rate if that's what they want to give you. It is a scam. Stay away from them. They lure you in on false pretense and then can't answer any questions which as a financial Institute they should be able to answer all questions. A car salesman could answer more questions about finance than their own financial institution can answer. They lost my business on that. Could've made a lot of money off my loan, I've been with the banks and their credit cards for over 15 years, I have a personal relationship with finance as well. So this leads me to believe that they have under trained staff. Ignorance is no excuse. For anyone who's reading this, in case you are unaware, as many people are, when they run your credit if you decide to not take out a loan with them, it will drop your credit by 20+ points. If you don't take the loan, it looks like you've got denied. Therefore them not being able to answer your questions properly could result in you dropping into a credit score bracket that you won't be able to get lower interest rates because they suckered you in. If you want to Bank with them, they aren't so bad they have benefits other banks don't have. But it comes the cost because there's only one location in the entire state of New Jersey.

On my last visit, an employee held the door for me on my way out, which is a small thing but says a lot about the culture of a place. The lines move quickly, so you're never standing around waiting, and account holders get free notary service, which is a perk I didn't expect but have used more than once.
