These people have no heart. My uncle who has Parkinson's and early signs of dementia has gotten my mom legally to be his caretaker the correct way through the state and she even has paper work yet this location wants to deny her access to get his funds from his retirement. He needs access to his money because he is constantly having to go to er and having to get services for his own well being and my mother went in and with all proper paperwork work and the manager decided to accuse my mom a theif and froze my uncles accounts and now we have to hire lawyers which we are going to do. You guys have no heart to do this to an elderly person who needs help! My mom is also very old and just wanting to take care of her dying brother. If I can give this Branch zero Stars I would matter of fact I would give it a negative 10. This is the most racist bunch of individuals I have ever encountered in my 38 years of life on this Earth. I have been a Wells Fargo employee since 2008 I have been a state of California employee for 14 years. This is the second time and a matter of 4 months that I have been either told no, laughed it, humiliated, an treated as if I was a thug on the street. Both times the teller who helped me was Rebeca Ayala. So this particular time on December 31st approximately 3:20 p.m. I enter the branch with my state of California payroll check that was dated January 1st which we all know is a holiday when I handed her my check I told her I wanted to deposit and receive 400 cash back she circled the date on my check and handed it right back to me and said it's post-dated. I said okay and. I truly did not know what she meant because every Bank employee knows the state of California hands payroll checks out one to two days before the date of the actual check. I have never in 11 years had any issues depositing my check or getting cash back. And that's at every branch and even at any Bank in the state of California not even just Wells Fargo in particular. I asked for a supervisor and she told me there was none I said wait a minute so there's a bank being operated with no supervisor? She stated to me that they went home already I said there has to be someone in charge. And the teller Raul Curiel next to her spoke up and said it's the holiday we close at 4 today and he asked me to come to him so I went over to him he looked at my check and said oh no I won't even put my number on that. Although I was super frustrated I did not yell I did not curse I specifically try to debate with him and let him know that I have cash checks in the past I have deposited checks in the past with no issue so why is it a issue now? That is when Rebecca laughed at me and told her next customer... so it's going to be a long day today and she looked at me. Next misses Cristina Diaz came over to me looked at the check and said let me call my manager so she called the service manager Janelly Ramirez. When she called janelly on the phone janelly told her no to not help me. I said why don't you guys look at my account and see that I have been depositing checks every month before the date of the check and have never had an issue Cristina said yeah I saw that but maybe that was a one-time courtesy I said excuse me a one-time courtesy how is that possible? So I've been getting one time courtesies for the past 11 years as a wells fargo customer? She said I'm sorry I don't know. I said you know what I'm going to get a lawyer thank you for your time. she asked for my contact information for the branch manager to follow up with me I specifically stated no thank you my lawyer will because this is discrimination I was the only one in the branch turned away at that specific time. I watched every customer with checks not having a problem at all. This was the absolute worst and most embarrassing experience of my life. And the sad part is I made it to another branch almost an hour after closing and they deposited my check with no problem the service manager came out of the branch and helped me after the doors were locked. read more

Very nice bank. They really do listen. I like the diversity of ethnicity, too. They are kind, & efficient regardless of whether you are a hard-working laborer, a wealthy housewife, or a person who can't physically stand in line. Although, there are rarely lines. Jason has often helped me, really listens and goes the extra mile. Sorry, I can't remember the names of the others. Interestingly, the tellers are actually nicer than the bankers who sit & help you. My favorite Wells Fargo to go to. Every employee I encounter is kind, professional and simply happy. Iv been a customer for 9 years. Iv been to countless branches and this is my favorite. Friendly, efficient tellers. Always enough tellers working that no matter how long the line is, it always moves quickly. They have better hours than most banks. I love it that they are open until 6:00 pm on Saturday. If you go to a Wells Fargo Bank that is located inside of a Grocery Store, they are even open on Sundays. Oh, don't forget about those hot, sweltering days; someone from their friendly staff will greet you as you enter the doors with a nice cold bottle of water.
