Covington is the worst experience I have ever had in a bank. All I wanted to do was cash a check After the teller read my life story she had me and my business lead over to Simon and Pedro they were horrid. Pedro initially when I asked him for a card verbalized he didn't have one so I proceeded to ask him what he did.."this and that." After being grilled for half an hour, I was disgusted at the total lack of respect he had shown. BEFORE leaving I had him jot his name down, now he says he is the Branch Manager. I let him know I would be moving any funds I may have out of Wells Fargo I then told him he could care less. I am a senior,I have witness as to how I was treated I am sure he recorded everything. There is never more than one teller working the inside counter. 3 or 4 people @ desks and wandering around, but only one providing direct transactional service (there is also one working drive thru). 6 people in line.... When I addressed the situation with the manager I was told that "corporate wants to force business to ATM". I have a business account and most of my transactions can not be conducted via ATM. Once at the front of the line they take forever to process the transaction - nice enough; just slower than molasses. read more

Two names Jasmine and Shelby, these women are so amazing. Their customer service is on point. I'm not a customer but I'm joining now just because of them. I walked in to have a document notarized and Jasmine greeted me as soon as I walked through the door with such a bright smile. She directed me to Shelby who was just as sweet and patient. Normally with banks I feel rushed and not important but they took care of me as soon as I came in. I thought about staying just to talk because they were so kind. I really appreciate good customer service so I hope these ladies are acknowledged for their kind spirits read more
