I've know the staff at my local office, (Richboro) for many years. They were only working with rotating half staff when the inside was closed. Only 2 or 3 people handling all the phone calls, appointments and drive up window. If someone had to wait for a few minutes for the door to open, or the bank manager can't call back for a couple of hours in the middle of a pandemic, deal with it. Because the drive through teller was conducting my deposit if $600, I couldn't enter the pin, he had to send a code to my phone which I had to provide my pin to verify. I was treated as if I stole the missing money. I was left sitting in my car for 20 minutes, while the incompetent teller "counted his drawer". Twenty minutes!!!! Finally, after being totally ignored in the drive-up, I entered the bank, where I was treated like a common criminal. After the incompetent teller came up $200 over, I was thrown my money. Yes, THROWN!!! No one ever apologized to me. My family and I have been customers at this bank for over 25 years and this is how they treated us. Like lying thieves!!!!
