A few: can't do ANYTHING without a monthly fee for ever little thing, even with a $90,000 balance for months. You have to pay for COUNTER CHECKS. They can't wire money. They told me to use Wells Fargo if I wanted to wire money. I have not been able to transfer money out of the bank since they bought The First. When they bought The First, they deleted all but a few (big companies) of my pay-to i formation. I've been trying to get our money out for months so that we can CLOSE our account. Just. Plain. I tried 4 times to access my business account and when the attempts when nowhere I input-ed the information and they came back with numbers not associated with our business in any way. This could be a red flag that this bank is loose with your personal information. I did call and and they were supposed to call back but that was hours ago which tells me that they have few working there and they are having calls regarding customer problems...Had 3 accounts with First Bank, removed 2 and will now close this account if I can find an open bank LOL....

I was overworked and transferred $ out of my account instead of into it. After work I was trying to put $ in through the ATN and I wasn't doing it correctly. I tried to go into the bank but they had just closed. Ben opened the door and patiently listened to me. Instead of a sorry and going home, he helped me navigate my transaction successfully.
