I've found most of the people working here to be unfriendly and often rude, service to be inconsistent, and I get lectured when I make what they consider a large withdrawl, but they refuse to tell me what they consider large and when I need to let them know ahead of time.... Then there is the fact that they are notoriously bad with wire transfers - yet they charge fore redoing a failed transaction - charging over and over again if they make a mistake. How is that OK? They seem to treat some customers as adversaries, rather than as customers. I'll give two starts rather than one, as there is one very nice teller who is new to the band, and is always pleasant to work with.

It still has not arrived to my landlord today, 10/11/22. There will be a late charge, the bank say there will be a $30+ stop payment fee, it is a hard cost for me even though it is their error. The bank thinks I should explore other options beyond bill pay. Clearly the bank offers a product that they do not stand behind. My account was debited for the rent on 9/30/22, it was clearly stated on my statement. Now I have to pay for stop payment fee, late fee on rent, overnight expense to get money to landlord.. Not good business practice on the behalf of the bank. Don't use this bank for business or personal accounts!
