Now they mentioned that the notes in the system mention that the Legal Department has put a pause on my refunds due to me leaving a negative review about not receiving the refund from them. It is illegal to continue to hold someone else's money this way and specially due to us using our rights to express how we feel about the company. Give better service and refund clients money so they won't have to speak negatively in complaints about the company. I will continue to express these issues and the failure to refund my money like promised when I cancelled my services.
