This is the worst WF location I have ever been to. The teller was rude and disrespectful to me. She gave me a hard time about making a simple deposit. Then she called a supervisor to approve my deposit. WHAT??? Maybe I am too old school, but I remember when a bank would fall over themselves if you were making a deposit. The teller acted like she were doing ME a favor by allowing me to make a deposit into my account. The next time I have a problem with WF I am taking all my money out and moving it elsewhere, somewhere who will appreciate my business. read more

I've never had a good experience at this location. Each time I've visited, the drive through and the walk up ATMs are out of service. The lines inside are long, and it just makes for an overall bad experience. read more

How can you have Commercial lane open and every other lane closed at 9-10am on a Saturday, with traffic backing up in the parking lot, people honking and cussing, but y'all have 5 people inside standing around drinking coffee? After going to the drive through once a month to pay rent I can for sure say this is the slowest bank I have been to. Every month for 2 years it has been the same story. 45min to 1 hour of sitting in line. Even if there are only 2-3 cars in front of me. Why they have not hired more employees in that 2 year time is beyond me. Maybe the other banking services are better but my recommendation is to avoid this branch of Wells Fargo at all cost unless you like sitting in traffic for an hour to make a deposit. read more

The customer service at this location is a joke. They'd sooner dismiss you and not help you with a simple transaction than do their jobs. I'd rather close all of my accounts than have to regularly bank at this location. Will never go back. read more

Showed up at 5. Says they close at six. Walked in the door and was literally shoved out the door with the employee saying that they were now closed. Completely awful. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Seriously considering a different bank after this. read more

Great service. Getting a loan from them for a house and the loan officer was on lunch but answered my call anways and walked me through some stuff. Anthony was very helpful too with getting me started on a secured credit card. overall very pleased with them. read more

I have been named on my Mom's bank account, so I could help her with her finances or whatever else she needed me to do for her, as she was in poor health. My Mom passed away in late January. I went to the Irving, TX branch of Wells Fargo to check on her account and to let the bank know about her in February. They told me that I needed a death certificate to close the account. I asked about activity on the account to make sure that her Social Security deposits had been stopped. I was assured that there was no activity on the account, since my Mother's death. There was a long delay in receiving my mother's death certificate, so I did not close the account..On March 4, I went to the Irving, TX branch and confirmed again with them that there was no activity on the account. They checked and again indicated to me that there had been no activity. That was well after she should have received a Social Security Check, so I felt comfortable taking most of the money out to help reimburse funeral and other of my Mom's expenses that I had paid for. After finally getting the death certificate and a delay on me just getting time to go to the bank, I went by to close the account. Instead of closing the account and withdrawing the $1,700, I was told that I owed them almost $1500. Needless to say, that $3,200 loss for walking in the door was a punch in the gut. As it turns out, contrary to what I had been told when I personally checked on, twice, there had been deposits to the account for my Mom's Social Security. Since I had been in last, the fed had withdrawn the money, since it was paid after my mother's passing and thrown the account into a negative status. I received no communication on this, whatsoever. After that, somebody at Wells Fargo Bank decided that something fraudulent was occurring and put a hold on the account and filed it with Early Warning. As far as I can understand, Early Warning, while not something that affects your credit score, is a destination for banks to use to check someone's financial history, so it does have an effect on financial approvals for banks. Throughout all of this, I received zero communication from the Bank, so I had no idea any of this was going on. The Wells Fargo Irving Branch Service Manager, Jonathan Dann, as his defense insisted that they did everything they could to contact me. I pointed out to him, on his computer screen, that the home and business phone numbers on the account were actually mine and not Mom's. I had received no calls or messages, so I am not buying it. They simply had not made a reasonable effort to communicate with their customer. Even when I had come in and personally checked with them on the status of the account, twice, they had given me erroneous information. I understand the issue with the fed taking their money and having to pay the difference. What I'm disturbed by is that on two occasions, I was given incorrect information, which led to me making a decision to remove money that caused the negative balance. Additionally, the Bank did not communicate with me, at all, before submitting my records to Early Warning. That's going to take tons of paperwork and hours of filling out forms, gathering documents, etc to clear my good name, assuming that I can. I'm also going to need to check with the fed folks to make sure everything is cool on that end. According to the Bank Manager the Bank was no longer supposed to communicate with me because of the fraud thing, which also makes no sense to me. All this, because the Bank did not communicate or communicated erroneously, when they did. When I expressed this frustration to the Bank Manager and what could the Bank do to give me hand in fixing this conundrum, his response was nothing. While I'm sure I am partly to blame, their actions or lack thereof helped create this situation, so, as their customer, I expect some customer service from the Bank, besides "too bad". They were not willing to help in any way. They were too worried about how they had not done anything wrong and accused me of things. At one point, the banker went so far as to tell me that it was my fault because I told the wrong person about my Mom's death. I asked her how was I supposed to know that. I don't have resumes and job descriptions of all the bank employees to make a determination on who should be helping me. I went to the window and told them. If I was supposed to talk to someone else, isn't it the teller's responsibility to direct me to the appropriate person? The reasoning of the Banker and Service Manager was ludicrous. If I wasn't living through it, it would have made a hilarious SNL skit. After I pay them on Monday, I have no intention to do business with a Wells Fargo Bank again and I am excited to tell whomever I know all about this experience with them, so others will do the same. read more

DO NOT DO YOUR FOREIGN EXCHANGE HERE!! They shorted me $8 on a foreign exchange and gave me two receipts showing their error. When I discovered the error and asked them to correct it, they refused because I'm not a regular customer. They admit THEIR error and won't give me MY money. read more
