Like where is your mom? Why are you taking out all this money? Is this your account? Where is this money going towards? I had multiple workers attend me just to get a certain amount of money out of my account. The woman that was attending me, kept looking at me up and down and giving me this rude nasty look as if I didn't belong in there. I also told the woman that I wanted to get a credit card and the woman looked at me as if I'm too young to handle a credit card and she said that I would have to make an appointment so I told her if she could schedule me an appointment and she said yes and she said that I would be get a email notification and I never got anything!! She says,"just use our app." I explained I was not a customer, my brother was and he left me no passwords for his phone or computer for me to make the appointment. I tried again in Kyle Tx, as I had an appointment nearby.(there are no Chase banks near my house). I waited for 20 minutes before being helped.
