Lately I have learned that the bankers here were instructed to play dumb and not answer calls so they could rack up all the fees incurred but not actually have to pay anyone! This bank is a scam! Fast, friendly service with a smile. There is another branch within the nearby Walmart Supercenter (and open till later), but this branch is always peaceful and has a pleasant atmosphere. IBC is a regional bank as opposed to a national chain. I can always change currencies here (peso/ dollar) at a good rate. Highly recommended.
