I went here to open up a new account with $3000 in my hand. I wanted to open up an account as an unincorporated association. I had the minutes from our meeting in hand also had an EIN number from the federal government. They told me that I needed articles of incorporation from the Secretary of State.. unincorporated means you don't need articles of incorporation. This is the second time I have had to do this for a non profit. They really need some training here. They know less about banking and more about being creatively unfriendly than anything else.
