At the moment it's drive through only but I appreciate the safety measures they take. When I visit this location the employees always remember me and make me feel so welcomed. The lobby is always clean and before they closed the lobby they always had sanitizer for the customers. It shows them genuinely care about the customers and the community. I visited MACU to explain my situation and they said it would be no problem replacing the card. No fee was ever mentioned being that I was a long-time customer and a senior. After business hours they charged my Visa $5.00 for the replacement card. What gives MACU the right to place an unauthorized charge on my Visa. If I would have opened a new account they would have given me $100. This is how they treat their existing customers. They're becoming just like Wells Fargo!

Had a car loan with them a few years back and had a very positive experience! I like their new location in Cottonwood Heights. Beautiful building and the tellers were so helpful and friendly! I needed money wired from my account to complete a purchase of a condominium. I thought it would take a few days to wire the money. But to my surprise, it was received the next day and the title company was able to complete the transaction and close the loan that day! They completely understood my situation and did everything they could to help me with it! They bent over backwards - knowing that I could save some money if I closed early and they made it happen! I was very pleased! I love this credit union and would highly recommend it!

Pretty uneventful due to using the ATM. No problems getting the amount I requested. I always count my money in front of the camera before leaving incase there is a discrepancy, so far there hasn't been. Except for the time I didn't grab my money in time, and the machine started to pull my money back. Luckily I was able to grab it, and pull really, really hard to keep it from being gobbled up. But this incident isn't because of Zions Bank.

They say that I gave my pin to the scamers. My wife doesn't have my pin. I never gave the pin to someone I don't know. I filed the claim again, restating that, know one was given my pin, and the money was stolen from my account. According to their lawyer's and fraud investortagaters , I must have not remembered giving my pin to a stranger. The claim was denied again. I have run millions of dollars and paid thousands in interest over years in Zion bank. I guess my business is moving to another bank. I'm hoping the new bank has a Minuscule amount of common sense it's Obvious that Zions bank has none.

I am a WFB customer in NV and I tried to give this WFB at 70 E…read more3300 S Salt Lake City UT 84115 a little "heads up", but my effort was unsuccessful because when I called this branch and told their customer service what the issue was, I was told, "please hold momentarily, and then placed on hold (with music) for 25 minutes before I finally gave up and then disconnected, there was no "call back". On Independence Day, a bank holiday, I received a telephone call from this bank's phone number. The caller identified himself as "J.C. Murphy" from "WFB Fraud Investigation" and he inquired as to whether or not I had just recently made charges to my WFB credit card for air travel in Malaysia and for 30 $100 Amazon gift cards. I became suspicious about this call and told the caller, and then also his "supervisor", that I was going to disconnect and then call WFB at the assistance number printed on my WFB debit and credit cards to independently confirm this information. I then did exactly that and I learned from a "real" WFB fraud investigator that there were no pending charges against my WFB debit or credit cards, and that WFB was essentially universally shut down for the Independence Day holliday, and that the caller-ID information that appeared on the call that I received had probably been "spoofed" to make it appear that it was coming from a "main" WFB number. Actually, the "spoofed" WFB number that I received came from the area code 801 number for this South Salt Lake City Wells Fargo branch, which "resembles" the 800 toll-free numbers used by corporate WFB offices. And the purpose of my attempted call today to this SLC, UT Branch was to inform someone interested and responsible at this branch that their phone number had apparently been "spoofed" and used for this purpose, but I totally failed in that effort, because the employee that I connected with at this WFB branch unfortunately, apparently "just didn't give a damn". I am a very minor Wells Fargo shareholder and perhaps I care more about Wells Fargo's successes and failures than some of Wells Fargo's employees do?
