I stopped here on the way to Charleston to get some money for bus fares on my trip. This bank has no restroom for customers. Also it is really hard to get in and out of. The parking lot is tiny. It is actually divided into 2 lots, one of which is 4 parallel parking spots next to the drive through, and another which is teeny tiny, and they do not connect. To get in and out, you have to go on a busy one way street, so if you pick the wrong parking lot, you have to drive all around and come back by on the one way street. I can't rave enough about this branch. Customer service is amazing here. In a time where it's so rare to find excellent customer service this location really is a diamond in the rough. I was in a rough spot, and the branch manager went above and beyond to help me. I'll be forever grateful for this location and will be definitely be back. Stopped in Wells Fargo to get some assistance with one of my accounts. When I asked to speak with a banker I was immediately seated. Due to the size of this bank the seating area chairs are tight, but the staff does what they can to get customers in and out of the bank. Ms. Gina, the branch manager, spoke with me while I waited and she was great. Extremely personal and mindful of waiting customers. While I waited Ms. Gina went in the back looking up information (I was completely in shock that she was working). Ms. Gina came back to me while I was sitting in the lobby with an informational booklet about my account and asked me if I needed any more assistance while in the store. Overall the bank deserves a A. The bank employees are knowledgeable, service is quick, and I see why Ms. Gina is the branch manager (excellent). Pitfalls, the bank and parking area is small, hard to maneuver, and Wells Fargo (physical banking locations) can no longer assist customers in store with 401k's. read more

Every single time I go in this location for the simplest things, the staff literally try everything they can to push me to the app or say they can't help me. It took my mom over 2.5 hours to open an account with them. read more

To whoever it may concern, I advise you to read this before going to this location. Let me begin by saying that I'm never one to write a complaint but after having one of the worst banking experience I have ever had I felt like it was a must. I have already know this bank to have a bad reputation for poor management and staffing from speaking to other locals in the area who are always reporting, this so bad service was to be expected but this encounter was truly an infuriating experience. The interaction I had with the bank teller ( whom I don't know the name of) was truly a mess. It seems as though she was unable to comprehend completely the simple task of depositing a check. She made several mistakes while trying to do this one request, which resulted in me being held up at the window for over 30 minutes while a line of people were behind me waiting to be serviced as well. I truly believe a supervisor need to be alarmed of this and speak to the teller whom which this incident occurred with too figure out why this employee was unable to do her job and manage to do such a simple task. Perhaps she needs more education, on- job training or instructions on how to perform such a basic task that is likely to be requested of her daily. Obviously, this location clearly need new management or more training on how to properly an establishment. This branch has positively the worst customer service. Each time I go in tere, the teller line is backed up with multiple people due to the lack of tellers on duty. Today, luckily, I was the first one who was waiting but soon there was NINE people behind me and ONE teller station open. A good manager or head teller would have either sent someone else to help or opened a window him/her self. Just the worst. And the parking? Don't even get me started. read more

The Wells Fargo Bank on Highway 80 in Pooler, Georgia is undoubtedly the worst customer service bank I have ever been to. Today June 3rd 2019 it took me 23 minutes to complete my deposit at the drive thru. I was 4th car in line and 3 lanes were open. The reason I went to the drive thru is there is absolutely no parking available on the bank parking lot. The McDonald's has a bigger foot print for cars and service than this bank. I am closing my bank account and my credit card accounts this week, if I am able to park at the bank during operating hours. Whoever is in charge of this location should be replaced or receive additional training in customer service. You are not in just the banking industry, you are the people business, this location has no idea what service is. read more
