I honestly don't know what to say about this location. They can be efficient and then other times they don't care about their customers. Early in the morning are people coming in handle business. They take a bit longer than someone coming in to do a deposit or withdrawal. One Teller handles ALL of this while other workers are looking or walking around. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION????? There was a lady getting people out of line to go to the ATM because of its changes and it's also inside. She didn't come to me! The guy in front of me needed to do business and told the Teller I could go before him because we had waited a long time and his business may take a while. She told him it would not take long, which it did. A guy came up but was not taking the next person but to answer questions. He didn't need to be back there if he was not going to help. You've done very wells for yourself, and so has this bank. This is a good Wells Fargo location with pretty decent service located in Rosenberg, and while some of the service is better than others, when we needed something a little bit outside the box, there's a certain guy (whose name I can't remember but who is mentioned I think in some of the other reviews), and I do remember that and he was really nice. I think he was Mexican because my stunning Mexican adult film star girlfriend was speaking with him endlessly in Spanish, but he made sure to keep pushing back to English to get me involved in the conversation, which I appreciate, but it was his service in actual banking that earned him the high rating. read more

How did they even get 5 stars? Came in to change my name, open CD and experienced the worse customer service! Walked in and no acknowledgement when we walked in. Stood in lobby for close to 5 minutes and finally had to ask if anyone was working. Still had to wait. It was bad that I decided to close my account and go somewhere else for the CD. Have been in banking for 27 yrs, retail side for the most part and have never seen the type of poor customer and un attentiveness we experienced today. Bye Bye Wells. Called and ask interest rate of Certificate of Deposit. Carlos Perez Branch Manager stated I could come in and speak to someone or look online because he would not tell me on the phone. I looked online and it showed 2.50 percent. I drove to Rosenberg. The rate was 1.15 percent when they looked it up on their computer. I asked why could he not tel me it was that on the phone. That trip was a waste of my time. Went to TDECU next door for 2.25% read more

The staff here is always nice and helpful. The bankers and tellers Both. Anytime I've needed anything with my accounts, they are great. I've opened more than one business account here, and they have been super helpful. Beena is a great personal banker and so is the other gentleman. Rodrigo is a great teller as are the others. My husband went to cash a check today 11/07/2020 at this wells fargo he has NEVER HAD A PROBLEM with cashing checks through the drive thru, he was in line for 25min some lady that works there didnt want to cash the check & AGAIN due to covid he has been cashing checks through the drive thru, this lady said she couldnt cash it for him to come inside so he ask if he can go inside she said NO because it was 12:00 PM & they were already closed when he had been there for 25 min in line already!!!!
