I was aware that I was cutting it close, but this lady didn't even greet me with a "Hello, or How are you?". She jumped straight to "what can I do for you?". After I told her what I needed, she told me to hurry up and ask the banker what questions I have. Then she asked my son "What do you need?". Again, no greeting. I don't think it's very good customer service to tell me to hurry up. I was truly disappointed with her and she shouldn't be the front to people in my opinion. Sent an email to the branch manager no reply. I might just not come to this branch anymore !!!
